Erica is a proven champion for reproductive rights and freedoms. When the United States Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, ending the 50-year right to abortion and bodily autonomy, Erica was ready to take up the fight in Nevada. With a keen understanding of the complexities of criminal and constitutional law, Erica drafted the 2022 Executive Order protecting patients seeking abortion care in this state from criminal prosecution.
Erica also took on crisis pregnancy centers, which use false and misleading advertisements, emotional manipulation, and delays to divert pregnant people from seeking abortions. Erica drafted “Abortion Information for Nevadans”launched by the Department of Health and Human Services, which ensured people mislead by these centers could report misconduct to the State for investigation. Yet, Governor Lombardo made it a priority to scrub any mention of crisis pregnancy centers from the website when he took office.
Erica knows the fight for bodily autonomy and fundamental freedom is not over because the right to abortion means little without access. Now, Erica is ready to continue her fight at the Nevada Legislature. Everyone, regardless of race, zip code, or socioeconomic status has the right to decide when, where, and how to start a family.
When elected, Erica will:
- Take on Crisis Pregnancy Centers that prey on vulnerable patients looking for care, and work to prohibit their spread of misinformation, false advertising, and fake medical services.
- Further protect people seeking abortions, as well as organizations providing care, from criminal prosecutions in other states by expanding the Executive Order to apply to all law enforcement agencies in the State.
- Work to increase access to affordable abortions, contraception, and maternal healthcare.
- Support our LGBTQ family in accessing life saving gender affirming care.

- Vote for pro-choice Democrats up and down the ballot.
- Make sure that your friends and family show up on Election Day, vote by mail, or vote early!
- Volunteer with candidates you support to help them reach as many voters as possible.
